As a small business, we're committed to giving back as much as we can. A percentage % of each sale will be donated to a local animal rescue or other animal welfare organisation.

Leashes made from donated rope will also be gifted to foster carers and other animal welfare organisations.

Why climbing rope?

Climbing rope is a durable rope created to bear the weight of humans. Typically used outdoors, it is capable of enduring rough terrains and varying weather conditions.

We get it, pups chew for all reasons, whether they're a teething puppy, an anxious older pup, or just a chaotic bundle of joy.

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange your leash for a new one. But, as part of our commitment to sustainability and waste reduction, we can repair or alter your leash for you!

How to clean a dirty leash

All of our leashes are washable! Depending on how dirty it is, you can wash in a sink with warm water and a mild soap. You can use a laundry scrub brush or rope cleaning brush to loosen stubborn dirt or mud.

If that doesn't work, you can put the leashes in a delicate laundry bag and put it in your washing machine on a delicate setting (make sure that the water temperature is set to cold).

Do not put the leashes in a dryer. Hang to dry away from direct sunlight.

Rock climbing rope is built to withstand various conditions.

Who is Little Rascal Delights?

Owned by my friend and fellow climber, Little Rascal aims to provide single-ingredient, preservative-free treats

Where are the dehydrated treats sourced?

Little Rascal works with local butchers and fishmongers. All protein is sourced from Prahran Market

Best storage practice?

Place in sealed container in cool, dry area. Refrigerate to prolong freshness.

Orders and Shipping

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Orders will not ship until payment has been received and cleared. 

When will my order ship?

In stock items will be processed within 1-5 business days (during new collection drops, restocks and the holidays, it can take longer). All other rope items can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks. 

We will email you a confirmation within one business day after your order is dispatched.

I didn't receive a order or shipping confirmation

You will receive an automated email once your order has been placed and paid for. Please check all your inboxes, including your spam and promotions mail. If you still have not received it, contact us here or send us an email at wildandchicau@gmail.com

You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been processed.

Where do you ship to?

Anywhere in Australia! Shipping cost is based on Australia post standard rates. 

Order cancellation

Cancellation is only possible for orders not yet fulfilled or made. To cancel your order before shipment, kindly reach out to us at wildandchicau@gmail.com or via our contact form.

Can I change delivery address?

It depends! If your order has not yet been shipped, we might be able to change it.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on your location.

All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the estimated time frame since it's through a third party (Australia Post, StarTrack, TNT Australia, DHL Express, FedEx Australia, etc). We do not ship on non-business days or holidays.

My order hasn't arrived, what now?

Ownership of packages turned over to Australia Post, StarTrack, TNT Australia, DHL Express, FedEx Australia, or any other postal service transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We will not be able to refund you for a purchase if the postal service loses or damages your package. 

First, track your order via the tracking number sent out with your delivery confirmation. We also recommend contacting the postal service with your tracking number and address details to follow up on the status of your package.

Wrong or damaged order

We apologise if there was an error with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it so we can make it right!

Wild and Chic thoroughly inspects all items before dispatch. 

Upon receipt of your package, please check your order and get in touch right away if the item is faulty or incorrect, so we can address the problem.

We are unable to accept responsibility for any damages that may occur during the shipping process and cannot offer a return or refund. Wild and Chic does not hold responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Can I change my leash colour?

If your order has not been fulfilled or made, we can change your leash colour so long as we have it in stock. Send us a request via our contact form or email us at wildandchicau@gmail.com

Returns

How do I exchange or return a product?

Contact us here or email us at wildandchic [at] gmail [dot] com to lodge a return.

Little Rascal Delights dehydrated treats are non-returnable due to the nature of the products.

We have a no change-of-mind policy on sale items, treats or gift cards.

How much time do I have to return my product?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and re-sellable condition including all product tags and packaging. We may refuse items that have signs of use or wear, so please confirm with us before sending an item back. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyer's remorse on a custom product

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns and refunds on custom products. We will work with you throughout the process to ensure that we capture your needs. Since all of our products are handmade, it will be difficult extend returns on custom leashes or collars.
